Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the My Videos mobile application (the "Application") for Android and iOS, provided by IntelSoftTech (the "Service Provider") as a free, advertising-supported service. The Application is intended for use "AS IS". It helps you organize and play YouTube videos you choose to save as links; it does not host video files.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects and processes information as described below. You can use much of the Application without signing in (data stays on your device). If you sign in, optional cloud sync stores your library in Google Firebase as explained below.

Permissions and network access

The Application does not use your device camera or microphone for its features, and it does not request location permissions for app functionality.

Data stored on your device (local)

Local data is stored using on-device databases and preferences on your phone or tablet.

Optional account and cloud sync

If you choose to sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, Firebase Authentication processes credentials according to Google's and Apple's respective terms. That may include identifiers and, depending on your choices and provider, profile information such as email or display name.

When signed in, the Application may sync your saved video list (video IDs, titles, timestamps) and playlists (names, ordered video IDs, timestamps) to Google Cloud Firestore, scoped to your user account.

YouTube metadata and playback

To resolve a human-readable title, the Application may request public metadata via YouTube's oEmbed endpoint for the video identifier you supplied. Playback uses an embedded player; interacting with playback is subject to YouTube's terms and Google's Privacy Policy.

Crash diagnostics

In release builds, Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash and error reports to improve stability. Where available, crash reports may be associated with your Firebase Authentication user identifier when you are signed in, to prioritize issues affecting authenticated users.

Network time

The Application may synchronize with public Network Time Protocol (NTP) servers over the internet for time checks related to rewarded-ad limits. This does not include sending your saved videos or playlists to those servers.

Third-Party Access and Services

The Application relies on third parties that maintain their own privacy policies:

Advertising: the Application shows rewarded advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob may use advertising identifiers or similar technologies and, where applicable, consent or preference flows required in your region. Those practices are governed by Google's policies linked above.

The Service Provider may disclose information:

Opt-Out Rights and Data Removal

You can withdraw use of permissions and local processing by uninstalling the Application (use your device's standard uninstall process). Clearing app data removes local library and preferences on the device. If you signed in and wish to delete cloud-synced Library data managed by Firebase, sign in and remove content from within the Application or contact the Service Provider for assistance deleting associated Firestore data tied to your account.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so appropriate steps can be taken. Where the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, the Service Provider will take steps to delete such information promptly.

Security

The Service Provider employs reasonable safeguards designed to protect information processed while providing the Application. Because no transmission or storage method is completely secure, the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted by revising this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy unless otherwise required by law.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-05-05.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy, including future revisions posted here unless you stop using the Application or exercise applicable legal rights.
